Stokey Pop Up accommodates up to 120 people across two levels:
Ground Floor: Maximum of 60 people
Basement: Maximum of 60 people
Building and Public Liability Insurance: The premises are insured with building and public liability insurance.
Public Liability: Tenants must obtain and provide certificate of £5 million public liability insurance, specifically naming Ground and Basement 147 Stoke Newington High St, N16 0NY. Providers like Protectivity Insurance offer tailored solutions.
Tenant's Contents Insurance: To safeguard your materials, belongings, and equipment, tenants are encouraged to secure their own contents insurance. Stokey Pop Up is not liable for damage or theft of tenant's materials.
For events with more than 20 attendees held after 5pm, certified security is required. We recommend Guardian Security, a reputable local security firm, to ensure your event runs safely and smoothly. This is at the tenant's expense. The service is charged at £30 + VAT per hour, with

Julian brings a wealth of knowledge in property and community-focused development. With 40 years of experience providing homes, offices, and retail spaces for London’s businesses and communities.
Tom is an award-winning event producer with over 20 years of international experience and specialises in crafting impactful corporate events, private celebrations, and creative workshops. His diverse portfolio includes events for green infrastructure businesses, regenerative agriculture, and more.
Ed, founder of the regenerative skincare brand Starseed Natural, adds his entrepreneurial spirit to the mix, while Rosanna is a luxury retreats producer with Harvest Series, specialising in high-end wellness events around the globe. Based in Portugal, with a passion for nature, food and the arts, she also curates community experiences.
